Collection total today was 30L and I think most of it was from the run yesterday. I collected 15L at noon and then only got another 15L. I was expecting a better day since the night had been forecasted to be -3. I guess it didn’t get that cold. Tonight the forecast is -3 again, with a high of 12. Hopefully it’s a better day.

I plan to finish the first batch of syrup on Sunday. I expect about 2-2.5L of finished syrup with the what I have in the fridge.
